2. Consumer Responsibilities and Product Safety

Customers should carefully review all available product descriptions, ingredients, storage instructions, preparation recommendations, and warnings before use or consumption.

Fresh mushrooms are perishable and should be refrigerated promptly, inspected before preparation, and cooked or otherwise prepared according to applicable product instructions.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following reasonable handling and storage instructions.

Nothing in this section transfers responsibility to customers for unsafe or defective products, negligence, or other matters for which RIBICKIE Farms LLC is legally responsible.

3. No Guaranteed Medical Results

RIBICKIE Farms LLC does not guarantee that consumption or use of any mushroom, herb, botanical, or other product will prevent, diagnose, treat, cure, or improve any medical condition.

Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

Customer testimonials, educational presentations, historical information, and discussions of traditional plant or mushroom uses do not constitute medical guarantees.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RIBICKIE Farms LLC shall not be responsible solely because a product fails to produce an anticipated medical or wellness benefit that we have not expressly promised.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIBICKIE Farms LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or consumption of products sold through our website, where such limitations are legally permitted.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability for negligence, defective or unsafe products, personal injury, violations of applicable food safety laws, fraudulent representations, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Customers retain all rights and remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Product Warranties

Except as expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law, products are offered subject to applicable product descriptions, availability, and published store policies.

Where the VCDPA applies, we will respond to authenticated consumer requests within 45 days, subject to permitted extensions and exceptions, and provide applicable appeal procedures.

8. Shipping Delays and Customer Rights

RIBICKIE Farms LLC strives to process eligible nonperishable orders within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Fresh gourmet mushrooms are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday, subject to harvest availability, packaging schedules, holidays, and carrier operations.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

When an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, we will notify customers and provide appropriate options, including consent to a revised shipping date or cancellation and a prompt refund, as required by the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule and other applicable laws.
