SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

RIBICKIE Farms LLC offers shipping for eligible farm-grown, wild-harvested, handcrafted, and other products, subject to product availability, shipping restrictions, and applicable laws.

Fresh Gourmet Mushrooms

Fresh gourmet mushrooms are perishable and require special handling.

We generally ship fresh mushrooms Monday through Wednesday using FedEx 2Day service to help reduce the risk of packages remaining in transit over weekends.

Orders may be placed any day of the week, but fulfillment and shipping dates depend on harvest availability, packaging schedules, carrier operations, and holidays.

Fresh mushrooms are packaged with care to help preserve their quality during transportation.

Other Farm Products

Eligible nonperishable products are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping methods and rates vary by product and are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers should provide accurate shipping information and arrange to receive perishable deliveries promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us promptly in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be offered at designated farmers markets or established pickup locations.
